Booking Process:

A valid referral will need to be sent to us, signed by your referring medical doctor. Please forward your referral to audiology@bloomfieldmedical.com.au.

All referrals will be reviewed and prioritised before booking. A friendly staff member will call you back to book your appointment.

We kindly request a minimum of 24 hours notice for cancellation. Cancellation fees apply.

All vestibular assessments are provided for under Dr Aydin Mohammadi and with his medical oversight and payments are made direct to Dr Mohammadi.
